Teresa, the town librarian said that I'll "need to bathe it in saltwater under the light of the full moon” in order to "charge" it. Then I should be able to look through one of holes and see unseen magical beings and spirits that are lurking about. Can't wait fo the next full moon so I can charge it and see what happens!
